The best way to get quotes and packages is to call the places you are interested in. Most vendors will be up front so you do not waste your time.
A few good questions to ask are:
How many photographs are taken throughout the day?
How many photographers work with the studio? Is there a difference in pricing among them?
How many hours does a package include, 8 or 10?
What format is used, 35mm or medium?
Will I get my negatives when I complete my contract?
Just to name a few, and the list goes on but these are the most important. The only other thing I would make sure of is that you put in writing whatever you and the vendor agree on.
