Photography on a budget

Hello, I'm looking for quotes on photography for 10/10/2010 in a photojournalistic style with some traditional.

We're looking for 6-7 hours of photography with photos on a CD. I've gotten one quote for $949 so far. Can anyone beat or match this?

I'd also like a quote for 1 digital album.
