Photo/Video for under 2K???
My aunt is getting married July 17 and me on Sept. 5. We booked with Progressive Art

I was very impressed with this man and his prices because he was offering me an edited video with recap, bride and groom album with 36 proofs,parent albums, loose photos, 75 thank you cards and ALL the proofs in an album, which is very important to me, for $1,900. I don't know what to do now. My aunt was getting somewhat the same package but without the parent albums and the recap and the end of the video for $1500. But he was working from the house to the end of the reception. I'm stumped and as you can see on a budget because I have already paid this man some money. His wife says they will be giving back the money, but when. HELP
