photo/video/dj quotes

FH and I are beginning to visit photographers and DJs just to get quotes and compare. I would like to have both booked by Christmas. We live in Brooklyn so it is hard to get into LI often. It wuld help if I can get some quotes to decide where to make our appointments. Our budget for photo and video is nomore than 5500 for both and the DJ budget is 2500 to 3000. Here is what we are looking for:

Photo
Complete coverage all day including brides house, church and reception
All proofs on CD (more proofs the better) for our own use and a website where guests can order their own
Magazine style photo album
2 Parent albums
Pictures for bridal party (22 BP members)
100 Thank Yous
100 Save the Dates

Video
Complete coverage all day
Baby, dating, honeymoon pictures
Personalization, music and creativity
I dont want the video to seem overdone by editing and extras but I want it to be romantic and touching and worth the money
Raw footage dvd and 2 or 3 completed

DJ
Cocktail hour music 830-930
Reception 930-230
We want to chose the music style for our event and have many requests
1 DJ and MC
2 Plasma TVs and phot montage of baby and dating pics
Lighting show, nothing too overpowering, but maybe we can have lights in our wedding colors or spotlights
I really like the light decal on the dancefloor of the names and date as well
