PLEASE HELP! looking for a decent reception hall in long island

hello! can anyone give me some quotes or point me in the direction of halls that can provide me with the following-

can easily fit 200 to 250 people and has a decent sized dance floor and dj/small band area

will allow me to actually rent out the hall without giving me a PP price OR give me a REALLY LOW PP price that DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD. im looking for (15 to 20 at MOST, im on a VERY VERY low budget)

they provide the linens, plates, utensils, (possibly sodas), and (hopefully servers) but the first three are most important,

and im looking for a location in nassau county if possible .

can someone pretty PLEASEEEE help me out =(
