PLEASE HELP!!! Want All Included Package for Venue

Can someone recommend an all included package at a venue for sixty people near Woodside Queens?
Date: July 13th evening.
Need: Cake, Pictures, Food, Champagne, Nice Chairs and Tables, etc...

We're both teachers... I'm thinking 30 dollars a plate PLEASE Help!!!
