Price Quotes: DOC, DJ, Photo/Videography, Limo
Here's all the information:
Date: July 3rd or 4th, 2010 (not set officially yet)
Where: Orient Point State Park Pavilion
Here's what I would like:
DOC: We will have a caterer for the event, DJ, and will also be renting some extra chairs and tables besides what the place has to offer. We will also have the flowers. We will be setting up our own bar with drinks and hiring 2 bartenders as well as some people to help clean up after the reception is over. I need someone to help pull that all together and to help set up the tables while we're at the church. Please send me a price quote.
DJ: I'm looking for a four hour DJ and MC to announce the bride and groom, etc. We will provide a list of songs to play/not play. We do not need any toys or give aways or light shows. Please send me a quote.
Photography: I'm looking for someone to spend the day with us and capture us getting ready, the church as well as the reception. I would like all the prints as well as a large photo album for myself and two parent albums.
Videography: I would like three price quotes. First, what would it cost for someone to come in and follow us around all day (getting ready, church, reception) and to create three dvds (for myself and two parent dvds)? The second quote I would like would be just for the church and reception. Lastly, just for the reception.
Limo: I am looking for two limos to drive us from the house to the church and from the church to the reception. Also how much would it be to also have the limo also drive us home from the reception?
