programs

I am looking to order about 150 programs. I am interested in booklet style with a side ribbon and printing on both sides of the pages (if it is 5x5 - then I need 4 double sided pages not including cover; if it is 5x7, then need 2 )and on the cover. Can someone give me a quote and show me some online samples?
