question about editing for videographers

Hi,

I got the raw footage from the videographer I hired for my wedding. However, we do not want the videographer we hired to edit the footage.

Can anyone give me a quote on just editing?
And, what do you need to edit.
The raw footage we got has the time stamp on the bottom, is there a way to remove it or do you need something from the original videographer?

thanks,
Esther
