Question for Florists

Hello! Im new with the flower concept- Can anyone tell me what different types of roses are available in Early September? Cabbage Roses? Juliet Roses?
Thank you!
Also- I bought a lot of similar yet different vases that I am in love with and want to use for my wedding. I want to mix and match the different vases on the tables, with single flower arrangements. Preferably 3 vases (of different sizes) per table.
How do I go about this with talking to florists? And is it possible for me to bring my own vases and them just arrange?
