Question for Make-up Artists

I got contacts last Friday, but I have noticed that I look more tired and the circles under my eyes are more noticably. Any ideas on how to conceal the circles?

Also, now I am noticing the fine lines around my eyes. Any suggestions for a cream that helps with fine lines?
