Re: Question for vendors
hi, its quite understandable why you are upset. iv'e worked with hundreds of photographers over the years. yes they are all human with there own personal lives and im usually the first one defending the photographers job... this time 'YOU ARE DEFINATELY RIGHT AND YOU SHOULD HAVE THE ENGAGEMENT PICTURE PRICE TAKEN OFF AND ALSO BE COMPINSATED FOR THE STRESS SHE HAS CREATED FOR YOU'.. brides are under enough stress with all the hundreds of details that are attached to a wedding. this is a very unprofessional thing to have happened even before the wedding is to take place. my professional advice.. if you have her address immediatley write her a note.. explain your concern nicely, if you dont hear from her within a few days you must take action and have a back up plan.. please e mail me. [email protected] i will try my very best to help you sought this out sincerely francine decicco www.awedwitharedhead.com

Re: Question for vendors
I'd be worried, too, less for the engagement photos issues than for my wedding day photography. And I'd need A LOT of personal communication (not by email, I mean a live conversation) from her to be assured that she's back on the ball and will be there at your wedding and able to do the job well. And I'd want a spirit of transparency from her -- acknowledging that she blew it, some explanation for what happened, a gesture toward making it right (monetary would do), and information to assure you that she'll do right from now on.
Without most if not all of the above, I'd look to make other arrangements. If you don't feel there's good faith involved, do you want to count on her for your wedding?
Good luck.
