October 10, 2004 is a very difficult date to get a rabbi to perform a marriage ceremony. Simchat Torah is the Friday before (10/8) and the week before is the first weekend after the High Holy days that couples can be married. Apparently, rabbis are few and far between and we've waited a little too long to really start inquiring.
Does anyone know of any rabbis that are still available that day and are not exorbitantly priced, i.e., $500 or less?
Thanks!

Re: Rabbis
I certainly can't say who's available, but I do know quite a few 'wedding rabbis' and you are welcome to call me and pick my brain/business card file. I'd hope that someone would be available, or that through their grapevine you'd find someone. I know some interfaith/rabbi people who might do it.
Call me. (I prefer phone calls to email, please.)

Re: Rabbis
I work with rabbi Eric Friedman quite a bit and have found him to be very progressive. His email is [email protected] and his number is 631-395-0006.
May you have the wedding of your dreams with many healthy happy years to follow!
