Reception decorating
I am interested in having my reception hall decorated with tulling (sp?) and lights and have visted multiple florists which have quoted really high prices because they do not want to do it because it is very time consuming. Does anyone else do this other than a florist or are there florists that are willing to do this? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
