Santorini, Greece for honeymoon

We are looking to fly into Athens and possibly staying there for two days or so. And then we would like to go to Santorini and possibly Patmos. We also would like to stay in a hotel or a villa if possible.

Please let me know the procedure for this time of year. We'd like to fly out Monday night (10/10/05) or Tuesday night (10/11/05). We'd like to stay for 8 days.
