Scrolls for favor donations

I'm looking to have scrolls made for a donation we made as part of our favor. We would need a patriotic theme (prefer. flag) as the paper background. Also, I'm interested in a paper size smaller than 8 1/2 x 11'. We would need approx. 150 scrolls. Can anybody help?
TIA!
