Searching for reception site
Does anyone know an outdoor site (waterfront or gardens) for the entire reception not just cocktail party. I want a mellow mingling party, no emcees, DJ, dance floor. It doesn't have to be a typical catering hall, maybe some waterfront restuarant? Preferably east end.

Re: Searching for reception site
The Pavilion at Sunken Meadow is right on the beach- catering/tables inside, but I believe you have access to be outside and mingle as much as you'd like. Here's the link:

Gurney's Inn in Montauk might also be worth checking into.
Good luck! Laura-- LA Productions

HelloI am the General Manager of The Crescent Beach Club. I was forwarded your post about an all outdoor reception. Please call me or email me, I believe I can help.

I have seen the cresent beach club before. I'm anticipating around 85 guests. I think it may be a little too rich for my blood.

Re: Searching for reception site
Smart adults getting married, choose their first choice of facility, maybe on their third choice of date, rather then the other way around! Does that make sence? Call me, maybe I can help. 516-628-3000
