Seeking Transportation for 3/3/12.

I'm looking for some information regarding transportation for my 3/3/12 wedding.

I need:

* A shuttle to bring guests from the hotel in Astoria to the RH in Jackson Heights and back to the hotel at end of reception (5:30pm).
* Transportation from hotel in Astoria to RH in Jackson Heights for 8 (bride/Mother of Bride/etc.).

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
