Shuttle??
My FH and I are realizing that a lot of our guests are staying at hotel and are either flying in or getting there but have no way to get to our wedding. We are now trying to get ideas of how much it might be to have a shuttle take our guests to and from our wedding reception. We are really trying to keep costs down since this is now just an added expense and only if the price is right will we be able to do this. We would need the guests to be picked up at the Sheraton in Hauppauge and taken to Flowerfield (ceremony starts at 11am) and the party ends at 5pm so at that time to take guests back to the Sheraton. We have about 30 rooms booked already at teh hotel and we are just starting to get backresponses so i dont know how many people yet but just ideas of how much a shuttle or party bus might be, and if that includes maybe picking up twice or exact details would be greatly apprecaited.
