shuttle for 50 people

I am looking for a bus to do a pick-up/ drop-off from the Hyatt Regency in Islandia to the Bourne Mansion in Oakdale and then back to the hotel. I need to move 50 people and it can be a regular bus (no party bus needed) Can this be done for under $900?!?
