SKIN HELP PLEASE!

I am getting married in about 7 weeks. i have had breakout prone skin pretty much since i was a teenager. my skin is very sensitive. i am looking for options for what i can do to clear it up before my wedding. i have only had a facial one time in my life but they didnt do any kind of extractions or anything like that. i would go to my derm but i have no insurance right now. over the counter meds generally do not work for me. any suggestions??
