Snow White Theme

I love Disney! And I know there's a lot of CInderella stuff out there, but I really love Snow White. I don't want it to be over the top, I want to keep it formal, but I'd like to include some fairy tale stuff in there. Any suggestions?

When the flowergirl goes just before the Bride so only she walks on them I always think of the line from Snow White that says 'With lips that shame the red, red rose, she'll walk in Spring time where ever she goes.' Sparkels and glitter are always magical. Perhaps writing your story in fairy tale format and printing it up for your guests. Trumpeteers at the ceremony have that flavor. Maybe not just their names on the seating cards but some of your favorite quotes from your favorite stories on the other side. It will also give them something as an ice breaker for meeting new people 'What does yours say on the back?'

There's rennaissance wedding on my website where the Bride had her dress made from a Waterhouse painting.

Hi,
Consider releasing a flock of white doves at the end of your ceremony! They are often seen in Disney stories

Here are some more fairy-tale theme ideas:
horse & carriage
scroll invitations
ceremony readings on scrolls
red rose petals down aisle
toasting goblets

hi, several years ago i had a bride that loved snow white, she even looked like her. she also was having a formal wedding but she wanted the theme incorporated. this is what i did. i went to a garden store and found the seven dwarfs , made out of ceramic about 2 feet tall. i put them in her moms garden and she took pictures with all seven ...so cute.. for her shower i found minature dwarfs and put them on the place card table and named the tables after the dwarfs ..only for the shower. fun not formal.. i found i childs snowhite umbrella and decorated it with ribbons and little watering cans. i hung it above her head. she loved it. call me im sure i can help you, i done hundreds of themed weddings..sincerely francine decicco www.awedwitharedhead.com
