Sounds like 'Fallen' from the pretty woman soundtrack. The song starts with I can't believe it Your a dream, coming true, I can't believe how I have Fallen for you

i can only find one version on Kazaa though and its live...ugh and some spanish lyrics, by Randy crawford, I think there is a guy singing it in the movie though.
