Super 8 mm Video

I wasn't going to do a video and now I am thinking I may want one. I am on a very limited budget but love the look of Super 8mm film video. I am looking for an affordable video with maybe adding the Super 8mm on. Does anyone offer thisand Is this doable on a budget? My wedding is January 17, 2009. I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks
Kim
