And I especially appreciate Marie's comment that we're real people with families, etc. Not just corporate robotons gettin' all the $ we can at any cost!!! My goodness! I've made a concerted effort to be generous with everyone (much to my accountant's chagrin, occasional agina, and efforts to get me to be MORE of a businessman!) I've certainly worked to clarify my policies in the last 4 years so that there would be a minimum of confusion and a maximum of satisfaction and service.

Anyway, thanks again (and a special thank you to Ron @ L.I. Weddings for catching the ........ scam artist???)

Well said. I've been following the post, and I think you handled the situation in a very professional manner. And yes, us 'vendors' are really just 'people', and not the money hungry monsters we're sometimes projected as ! ! !

Actually with all this talk Mark is just getting more publicity so more people will book him in the long run. I wish I did now. He seems very professional and honest.
