Tipping

Okay, I've sorted out a budget, I've started looking for vendors. I need to know, though, before signing anything how much I should be tipping the various vendors. I don't want to go over budget because I didn't figure tips into the amount. So, do I need to tip the florist, the photographer and the DJ. If so, what is standard for each, respectively?
