Tipping Vendors

How much do you tip a vendor, most of our vendors are the owners.
DJ- Owner and assistant
Florist- Owner
Videographer- Owner
Photographer-Owner
Catering hall Matre D- ????
*Clergy is our own from our house of worship and does not want $$$ for ceromny, but we are going to give him a gift certificate to someplace prehaps a restaurant to go out with his wife.*
Any advice would be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance.

Generally, owners wouldn't be on the tip list. That would be @ your own discretion (if the day is particularly long with several locations, or extra service is provided, or you just feel like giving an extra thank you.) Assistants, however, would be; with consideration for the above factors.
