Our engagement will be a year and a half, and I am too excited! It has been almost 6 months now and I still have a whole year to wait! I have done so much already for our wedding and am loving every minute of it. Although now I feel like I wish it were sooner. We have been in a long distance relationship for over three years now and I know our marriage will finally bring us together. Everyone says it will fly by but I need reassurance. Any advice?
Congratulations on your wedding. One year will go fast. It is now summer, soon labor day will be hear, then Thanksgiving, Holidays and before you know it, it rolls around to spring again. Concentrate on each holiday that will be coming up and that will make it go faster. Another trick is to schedule something to do each month that you can look forward to doing which also makes time seem to go faster. Each month when you get the item done then start to look forward to the next thing you have to do and time will fly. Good luck! It is only a short time to wait for a lifetime of happiness together.
