Travel help!!!

Is this possible??

We want to leave LGA or JFK on March 14 2005 to go to St. Lucia, Halycon stay there for 5 nights

Then on March 20 go to San Juan puerto rico for 2 nights (staying at the Wyndham El Conquistador) then fly to Altanta, Georiga on March 23

Any prices, and info regarding this would be fabulous
