vendor help needed asap please

My fiance and I hope to be married next September 3, 2009 a Thursday. Ideally we will have about 100 people attending. We are looking to spend around $10,000 total....this including vendor, food, drinks, photography and music. I have heard that there are wedding packages like this that exist... but have searched extensively and cannot find anything. We would love to have an outdoor wedding....any response will be appreciated. Thank you.
