Vendor Quotes Please - July 2013

Hi there,

I'm getting looking to get married on July 13, 2013, but I need a bit more information regarding vendors before we officially pick the location. Can you please send me ballpark quotes for the following?

Transportation: Need a limo for myself and bridal party (maybe 12-20 depending on if some family members join us) to go from the hotel to the church (approx 30 mins away) as well as a limo for the groom and grooms men (10 people tops). Then I'll need shuttle/party buses (whatever is most affordable!) to take approximately 100 people from the hotel to the reception site (about 25 mins away) and back home again after the event (although the whole bridal party will be included in the home transportation).

DJ: The typical 5 hour package, perhaps live music for the cocktail hour. No uplighting or anything needed.

Photobooth: Not sure if this will come with a DJ or other vendor, but I'd love a photobooth that can fit at least 6 people at a time and with props (or if not I can bring them myself!)

Photography: Engagement session is not needed but we'd like to have someone for the whole day and are interested in the different packages available with prints, albums, etc.

This is a lot so any assistance is much appreciated.

There are 4 aspects of a great wedding

1) Packed dance floor

2) Every guest-regardless of the age group- says 'The DJ Played My Kind Of Music ) - he reads the crowd and changes according to the needs of the guests at any given moment. You wedding does not become like 'every other wedding'

3) No one- including the oldest guest- has to leave the room because of the volume

4) No stress for the bride. You go to your wedding only worrying about having a great time-leave running the reception to us.
