Videographer able to do 'On-site editing'

I was at a friends wedding where they showed a montage at the affair and towards the end of the montage they showed the actual wedding vows from earlier that day.
I absolutely loved it.
My ceremony is at 4PM and reception is at 7PM in Nassau County
One videographer quoted me $3500 for 2 man shoot, edited with highlights and recap, live simulcast, wallpaper on screens, on-site editing, 2 DVD's w/ chapters and raw ftg.
Looking for other quotes.
