Videographer under $1000???

I've gone over our budget for our photographer and need a videographer for $1000 or less. All we want is the ceremony taped as well as the important parts of the reception(first dance, speeches, bouquet and garter toss, and cake cutting). We don't need a fancy video.
Is there a videographer for that price?
