Videographer under $1500

We are looking for a videographer for our wedding (ceremony is also at our reception venue) from approximately 11am to 6pm on Sunday, 1/16/05 -- we would like the following included:
-Full ceremony & reception
-Photo Montage
-Music of our choice
-Special visual effects (e.g.animated transitions, B&W, slow motion,...)
-Produce a finished and fully edited video
-No interviews on video
-Provide 3 DVDs hard cases featuring pictures of bride and groom

Is this possible?? If so....please contact me!
Thanks!
Kim
