Packages with 'Proofs only' and then down the road make albums if you want them. Shop by phone and most studios will quote you, then visit based on price/package and telephone courtesy.
Video, 'Raw footage' or 'Clean-up edit' or perhaps just the ceremony.
Final option would be to eliminate or reduce another item or specialty in your budget to increase other budgets slightly.
