Wedding Planner HELP!!!

I Need A Wedding Planner Willing To help make our goal and dreams come true for our wedding. We only want to spend about 10,000 on our wedding. We want a tent wedding by the beach/water. Buffet Dinner, for about 140 people. Simple Daisy Flowers. If you Can make it happen I would love to discuss it with you. HELP!
