Wedding Reception Chair Covers

Hi-I want to know where I can find White or Ivory
chair covers for my recpetion and how much it would cost in full to have them set up as well?

We rent the Chair Covers for $4.95 and $5.95
depending upon the different fabric. (The colored
Organza Sash is included in this pricing)--The
Covers are available in a few different fabrics and
16 different colors--(including, naturally, white and
ivory)--The sashes are organza or lame' and are
also available in 16 different colors.
The set-up can vary depending on your Catering
Hall--some venues will have their own staff cover
and uncover the chairs at no charge --some will have their staff do so-- but will charge a fee--others
may want us to do so --which we will do for a fee.

Obviously not a vendor but you may want to ask your catering hall about this.

I hate the chairs at my site so I will probably end up renting the gold Havarti chairs for $8 each. Crazy expensive I know but Im not crazy for chair covers which are expensive too.

My point is: your reception site might be able to rent you chairs or covers for less than an external vendor will. Also ask your florist.

I asked my reception hall and so far she told me it would be $15 per chair, I've been asking florists and received prices from $2.75 - $9.00 depending on what material.

$2.75 chair is an excellent price.

For $9, the look would probably be better if you just rent the chair themselves.

There are sites that rent chaircovers out of state and mail them to you but you have to mail them back, add shipping costs, figure out how to get them on and off the chairs, pay the hall to do that for you, etc.. Toomuch work to be doing right before and after the wedding to save a few hundred dollars.

$3.00 a Chair Cover is an excellent price--however, there are a few questions that you will
definitely want to ask--such as--is that a full chair cover not just a chair back cover??--Is that for a Banquet Chair Cover and not for a folding chair cover??--does that include the matching or contrasting sash or bow for the back of the chair??
Does that include or is there a separate charge for
the laundering of the covers after your affair?? (Many halls will quote you a low rental price up
front and add in laundering charges) Are you
limited to certain colors for the covers themselves and/or for the chair back bows or sashes???
Are the covers being sent in freshly laundered
from a linen supply company or are they ones
that are actually owned by the hall and have been
for seven years and are yellowing or stained????
Ask to view a sample ---The chair covers can really
transform a room and definitely add a finishing
touch --in any photograph that you have seen depicting a room with chair covers, it is evident
that they really do make a difference--generally,
what you see of them is mostly the backs--so what
they look like from behind is very important--you
need a good fit and an impressive sash or bow

The set-up fee always includes delivery, set-up
and breakdown; also-- we always automatically include the laundering.
As requested, I will e-mail you but am also posting here as, apparently, I didn't clarify the aforementioned in my original post because I
have received some e-mails questioning same.
The set-up fee for Nassau is a flat fee of $60.00.
This can vary based on distance--for instance, Hamptons, Westchester and Manhattan destinations would be higher.

The difference is in the fabric of the cover itself--
Basic Linen is the more affordable--Damaskand
Satin Stripe is the higher price--
Sashes are all the same price--organza or lame'
and are included in basic Rental Fee quoted--
