Wedding Thank You's Styles

I've seen many styles of Thank You's.....the wedding picture on the cover and the wedding picture on the inside.

Has anyone seen or know if an invitation company has Thank You cards with a monogram initial of your last name on the outside cover and inside cover a place to put a wedding picture and across the fold a place to put the message?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - please post or FM pictures
