You may want to try the Milleridge Inn (Hicksville), the Three Village in Stony Brook, The Country House in Stony Brook, the Maine Maid Inn, and Louis XVI in Patchogue. Also, the Irish Coffee Pub in Islip is a very nice place that offers many different sized rooms to accommodate their guests.

If she's willing to have a wedding in NYC it's worth looking at The Seamen's Church Institute. They offer space for small weddings. They have a chapel in the facility and offer views of the Brooklyn Bridge.
