weekend weddings

Hi there! I live in NY and am looking for a place to have my wedding (next June). I recently got into the idea of having a weekend wedding at a bed and breakfast. I have been looking in the Hudson valley and Long Island but it's all so much and I thought someone might be able to give me some suggestions.
My ideal wedding venue would have nice gardens, waterfalls and ideally be on the water.
Does anyone have any suggestions on bed and breakfasts or even a regular reception site?
