When should I start looking for my hair/make up?

Hi-

I am newly engaged and will be getting married in July 2006.

I was just wondering when I should start shopping around for someone to do my hair and makeup???

Also, is it better to have someone come to the house and do the hair/makeup for myself, my BM and my mom?
