Worried about the DJ!

Worried about the DJ!

Nothing can make or break a wedding more than the DJ. This is the vendor I am most apprehensive about hiring. What should I be looking for? What is a reasonable price? I can't imagine using tv's and big light shows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should really take a look at my website. All of your answers will be answered. And, you are right, the DJ can make or break the event with the music.

I've been a DJ for over 30 years and have the experience and selection second to none.

You can contact my clients and look at what I have to offer on my site, www.sdmack.com.

Good luck,

Re: Worried about the DJ!

Hello Patricia & John,

Congratulations on your upcoming Wedding.

We are ultimate Sound DJs, New York's premier Wedding DJ and the in house entertainment at various Catering Facilities.

Your questions are 100% valid and IM here to answers your needs. Most people begin their search by recommendations from friends and family or maybe you have attended a recent Wedding and enjoyed the entertainment.

In the event that you are starting from scratch, posting is another great way of gathering information. I would look to see how many years the company has been in business? How old is the DJ/MC - are they WELL SEASONED? Will they be able to get a stubborn crowd moving? What is their equipment like: Sound & Quality? Does it sound like it would be better coming from your car stereo? Are their wires everywhere? Is he licensed? Better yet ! Is he insured with a certicificate of liability that is required by Caterers?

Do they play Vinyl, CD's or compressed music from MP3's or computer files? What is the selection like? Will they work with you on your play list and will they accommodate your guest requests?

As for all the extra items such as TV's and big light shows, those are always options and that's why Baskin Robbins has 31 flavors. Something for everyone.

Good luck in your endeavors and we are here tell help you in everyway.

Thank you,

Robert
