Re: Nassau County Museum of Art
I have provided the music for many weddings at the Nassau County Museum of Art-both Bands and DJ's. They have a beautiful outdoor setting for Ceremony. String Quartet or Harp-Flute-Cello works beautifully here. The patio area is used for cocktail hours and either a steel drum band or striolling Mariachi Musicians is ideal. You can also have the chamber ensemble that played the ceremony play the cocktail hour. The reception is split into two locations-the tented area for the guests to eat and the library for dancing.
This is one location that a performer needs to have prior experience at (whether DJ or Band) since it is rather unique in the set up.
They do a beautiful job. There are several caterers associated with the location. I work with all of them.
Please feel free to contact me for any additional information needed.

Re: Nassau County Museum of Art
Ditto to Stan's response.
Especially special if you appreciate the displayed art, since you can take pictures with an art interaction and your guests can have ........ a visit to an art museum!
