does anyone ever feel this way?

right b4 i get my pd.. like 1-2 weeks b4, i get realllllly depressed.. like i cry myself to sleep. i cried bout 3x today. i cant help it. i keep telling myself im just being a lil nuts cuz of my hormones... but it doesnt make the depression go away.

am i alone?

The week before I get a little more emotional and psychotic than usual... I believe you are somewhat normal....

Ditto here. I get my craziest and most depressed then. I hate everything and myself.

Thats prob everyday for me, lol!!!

Same here... I tend to get a little more 'nuts' than what my version of normal is...

am i going to feel like this when im preggers? or like after? i will NOT have kids if this is how im going to feel

You're not alone. DH knows when it's coming. I told him a sad story the other day and cried while telling him about it. It was sad but by no means was it sad enough that I should've been crying over it... twice. He just hugged me and said 'That's okay, you'll get your period in a few days.' He was right.

my DH knows too cause I get VERY angry no matter what it is I just yell at him
he cant do no right when I am like that, the funniest is that I am only that aggressive against him

I worry about the same thing. I'm a B*TCH on 2 feet when I'm PMSing and I cry for NO REASON at all! My boss actually told me the other day 'Linda and 9 months of hormones? NO THANKS! Take 9 months off and come back early after the babies born and we'll make the conference room into a nursery!'

You are TOTALLY not alone...it's one of those 'this is how you know G-d is a man' things.
