Hello ladies,

Do you know if WM provides table numbers? I know they provide place cards but what about the numbers.

I know that I have the Conservatory, Library and the executive rooms for my cocktail our (if the weather does not permit us to go out side) The reception is in the Manor Room.. I was under the impression that once my guests go into the manor room, the conservatory, and library are used for a cocktail hour of a smaller party, who's reception is in the Executive room...

Whatever rooms you have for CH are no longer yours once the reception starts. Those then become open for another party.
I am not sure what your question is.

how many guests did you put at a table??? i was at a table with 14 last year and it was very squished, but WM says their tables fir 14.

please help!

Ladies, at WM please do not put more than 10-11 guests per table! It gets too tight and uncomfortable...just speaking from personal experience...

Does anyone know how many the Garden Room holds? And how many tables that equates to? I heard not to go over 150 people, and we invited 160 - we are hoping for some no's!!!! (Although we are constanly reassured that we will get them I still have butterflies!)

I agree with Sylvia above.
The MAX you should do at a table I would say is 12 BUT make sure you have a 14 table TOP.

We had tables ranging from as little as 8 to as large as 12...all with 14 tops.
