She got her custody revoked and has to be in jail until the next hearing on the 22nd of October. No bail!!!!

She'll never learn!

I had such a girl crush on her. Now I just feel bad for her.

since i grew up with a family of addicts i really do feel bad for her.

some addicts will never learn the first secod third or fourth time. its a battle they will need to fight for the rest of their lives

imo unless jail has a great program for addicts it might not be the best place for her.

i hope she can get the help she needs

i feel bad for her. this is what she needs. and i feel bad that she has that family of hers. they are not helping her at all. i want to smack the mother!!!

hopefully this will help her and get her life back on track.

I do really hope she gets better b/c she was a good role model for girls and now she is setting such an awful example.

And I think her family needs to actually help her not just figure out more ways to make money off her.

I honestly feel bad for her because she never will learn. If she keeps on getting celebrity treatment, she will keep on falling back into bad habits.

She needs to go away to a rehab where no one will care or know her. Start to rebuild her life as a normal person.

I think she is finally starting to realize she has a big problem... I hope that she is able to get the help and support that she despertly needs.

I feel bad for her... her parents both just want to rake in the $$$ from her..

I think she needs therapy and head meds- not pain killers and to dis-own her family.. what a bunch of leeches

I'm glad.. I agree that she needs HELP... but the more the was let off bc of being a celbrity the harder she fell. She deserves this and I hope they stick to it. Then I hope they find her a very good program SHE sticks with that and turns her life around.

I feel bad for here....mostly because her parents are MESSED UP, even more so than she is!
Look at Britney spears, her father whipped her butt into shape! Dina Lohan is more concerned about her fake celebrity status than her own daugther.....sad.
