The only problem with this is that in the very traditional jewish ceremony, the couple does not EXCHANGE vows, it's an acquisition.

Re: Jewish Wording -spin-off
I THINK ULTIMATELY WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE WILL BE PERFECT!!!....THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS ALWAYS HAVING THE SUPPORT OF FH IN EVERY DECISION, WEDDING RELATED OR NOT!...I THINK IF YOU BOTH ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE FINAL WORDING, THE INVITATIONS WILL BE FINE WITH EVERYONE ELSE...AFTER ALL, AS CHEESY AS IT SOUNDS, YOUR WEDDING IS REALLY ABOUT YOU AND FH JOINING LIVES TOGETHER AND TAKING VOWS, NOT WORDING ON INVITES OR CENTERPEICES OR ANY OF THE OTHER 'STUFF' :)

Re: Jewish Wording -spin-off
I personally like your wording and think if they arent happy with it they should come up with something else! But how about this:
Two lives, Two Hearts
Joined together in friendship
Bonded (or'Connected') forever in love
Together with their parents invite you to share in a celebration of love as they wed (or just 'as they get married)
