Looking to lose weight for the wedding? Or just looking for an awesome place to work out during the cooler months? Then definitely join us for a Fitness Get-together at Team Extreme in St. James.

This Health and Fitness Extravaganza will be taking place on Saturday, November 3rd at their St. James location located at 620 Middle Country Road. This event will kick off at 9:00am where we will have a meet and greet with their nutritionists, trainers, etc. Then we will participate in an awesome work out as the Team Extreme trainers provide a full 1.5 hour class consisting of the following.

30 minutes of Zumba
30 minutes of Cardio
30 minutes of Bootcamp

Everyone is welcome from the beginner to fitness expert. This is about having fun and getting together with other health minded people.

Due to hurricane Sandy and the aftermath we have decided it is best to postpone this event. We will let you all know when it will be rescheduled.
