Atlantis does weddings in side the aquarium! it was 75++ for a Fri night in March buffet if I remember correctly..... that's the only thing I can think of that's in Suffolk. I think the airplane museum fits it to buy that's in Nassau.

Bayview House at Captain Bills! It's right on a marina in Bayshore. It holds up to 250 people and is so pretty. We got a really good price for April, and I know they said May-October is 'wedding season' so their price was more then what we paid, but still around your friends budget

Definitely have her check out lessings! I think timberpoint holds up to like 275 or so. Definitely reasonable in price!

I'm biased in recommending Timber Point. She could also check out Old Field Club if she wants a more rustic feel

Lauren, have her check out sunset. Its a little more like the 'hall' feel BUT its a marina so the boats and all that are in the water and make for a great backdrop. Also its WAY under her budget.
