mother/son dance song

mother/son dance song

Sorry - I know this has been asked before, but I need some suggestions for my FH to dance with his mom. The two popular songs that were recently suggested to us won't work for him - In My Life is a great song, but he wasn't crazy about the lyrics for this dance. Mama by Boyz to Men was sweet but a little too fast to dance to.

Any other suggestions?

I Am Your Child-Barry Manilow (it is only about 2 minutes long, but the words are sweet and not too overbearing)

Have I Told You Lately by Rod Stewart- that is what Scott and his mother are dancing to.

My FI and his mother are dancing to You'll Be in My Heart by Phil Collins. It is the theme song to the Disney movie Tarazan.

we used in my life...b/c the lyrics fit them to a tee...but through the years was a close second!!!

We used an Elvis song - The Wonder of you! My MIL is a big Elvis fan and my DH didn't want to a mushy song!

I think my FH and his mom will dance to Wind Beneath My Wings by Bette Midler. The lyrics are perfect for them.

I think my FH & his mom are dancing to In My Life by the Beatles. Very nice song & he is a HUGE Beatles fan!
